Alessandro, can you locate and identify the flash chip on that board? I
suspect it is a 8-pin SOIC chip (maybe 16-pin, but that's unlikely).
Model number is probably ..25.. or ..45... If you're not sure which chip
it is, you can upload photos to imageshack.us and link to them in your mail.

Someone has expressed interest in figuring out the SPI interface of your
chipset.
