[flashrom] [PATCH 0/3] ichspi 6.1

we got rid of most of the support patches by committing them, yay.
to ease review, everything left is tightly packed it in this sub-thread now.

i have also changed the descriptor tool a bit. it now uses getopt and
supports selecting the chipset with a command line switch. this changes the
output of the soft straps and the upper map (the latter one is the database
of flash chips that the ME supports).
