[flashrom] [PATCH 0/4] voltage printing 2.1

no real changes since 2.0. i have only rebased to r1344 and squashed the
additional commit. i would really like to get this in soon to... well... to
get rid of pending patches only, but i think this is a very good reason TBH :)
