[flashrom] Fwd: msi windpad 110w

Hello I want to flash the bios in msi windpad 110w. Russia stands for
version 2.07. Around the world 1.06. How do I change the version to
1.06? Standard
methods does not work, is an error "error: bios cannot be updated" (most
likely defense costs). Protection to remove Bios can not. This option is
not present. Help put the bios 1.06. chip MX25L1606E
