[flashrom] [PATCH] W83697 superio safety checks

Patch to add safety checks for W83697 SuperIO enables.

This impacts already known working boards, should I reset the Test ok fields?

The following boards are affected, however they all have a
W83697HF/F/HG SuperIO, which I tested as OK on Asus P4S800-MX
