[flashrom] qflashrom dutch (nl-NL) translation

I'm currently delaying things I should be doing, so in a boring moment 
decided to translate qflashrom language file.

(btw lines 169..171 are confusing, mentioning 'read' but german part 
says 'write')

Textfile attached, no idea if FireFox and MetaPad kept it as UTF8.
Entirely untested ofcourse due to running Windows and no development 
platforms whatsoever (besides VMware for emulation/virtualisation).

Likely usable as well for [nl-BE] but who can tell..
Consider it my €0,02 to this project :)
