[flashrom] [PATCH] Enable Write for SST25VF080B

The attached patch enables write support for the SST25VF080B chip.
This was enabled in 0.9.3 and changed to 'PRE' since the 0.9.3
snapshot.

Also attached is a log of 'flashrom -wV' showing proper operation on
this chipset. This patch has been tested on a large deployment of
computers (on the order of thousands of machines).

Let me know if there is anything else that I need to provide to have
this get commited.
