ok in that case a colleague suggested that the file is probably
compressed and can be decompressed with a tool contained in the
bios_extract repository named bcpvpd
you can find it here

i have not tried it on that file, please try yourself. if it works and
expands to the right size you can flash it. if not we would like to
hear about it :)
