[flashrom] using DLP-USB1232H/MinnowboardMAX, verification error. is it due to DP_IO3L in SPI header not connected ?

I got the problem.
It's since I provided 1.8v to SPI chip VCC while the CS,SCLK,SI,SO logic levels (from DLP-USB1232H) are higher than 1.8v which also needs to be down to 1.8v to work.
